Haha amazing, yeah the sikh story is my interesting party story it always gets a good reaction. I have good memories of visiting the Howdens and Robert teaching me how to shoot an air rifle.

They have great pictures of that visit too. I used to live on the estate in Berriedale and hang out at their house - don't see them any more since I moved and they retired, sadly. The Rattray Sikhs are a fab story.

I am! Davina is my Dad's cousin, and we went to India together. How do you know the Howdens?

Thanks, yeah there is a pretty good site here about the regiment. A couple of years ago I, my dad and some of my uncles went to India to visit the regiment, it was a great trip!
